Photo Gallery: 2010 Mentor Appreciation BreakfastNearly 100 friends, volunteers and mentors were in attendance at this year's Mentor Appreciation Breakfast, which took place on Saturday June 26th at Applebee's in Hooksett. This breakfast was an opportunity to thank all mentors for contributing to the life of their Little, and to the community at large. All mentors were recognized with an award to honor their time and relationship with their Little.
"The Mentor of the Year" went to Kate Benway. She has been matched with her Little Sister Josiane since June 2002. Thanks to Kate for her 8 years of time and dedication to Josiane's life. Kate's commitment to Josiane has given her the confidence and support to further her education and pursue a college career after high school. Kate's devotion has truly made a difference.
